At Studio Varuna, each artwork is original, handcrafted, and curated with exceptional care. Due to the unique nature of the works we present - and the rigorous review, and quality process undertaken before each sale - all purchases are considered final.
All Sales Final
All artworks sold by Studio Varuna are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, original artworks, limited editions, commissioned pieces, and curated artisan creations.
As each artwork is either one of a kind or produced in limited numbers, and often created or finished specifically for sale, the statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply.
Condition, Variations & Authenticity
All artworks are carefully inspected prior to dispatch and are accurately represented through detailed descriptions and imagery.
Please that natural variations in colour, texture, material, and finish are inherent to handcrafted and original artworks and form part of their character. Such variations are not considered faults or defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, by contacting hello@studivaruna.com and providing:

We strongly encourage collectors to contact us prior to purchase should they require additional information, images, or guidance. We are pleased to assist in ensuring clarity and confidence before committing to an artwork.
